HOW can we bring about change in a
practical way?
Think of the time adrenalin was released just because
you imagined there was a danger and how the feeling subsided once
you realised that things were not so bad after all. The unconscious
mind cannot tell the difference between the real and the imagined.
This fact alone gives us a tremendous chance to
re-programme our minds with appropriate new images, sounds and feelings.
Erika and Jane use easily learned techniques from NLP, Behavioural
and Cognitive Psychology, and psychoanalytic techniques derived from
Carl Jung. Add to this another fact – the fact that the mind
is more receptive when relaxed.
Jane and Erika have brought together, in their
unique way, a wide range of relaxation techniques – from Accelerated
Learning, Suggestopedia, Eastern Methods of Mental Relaxation and
Self-Hypnosis – to teach us how to relax and make their work
with the mind easier, more effective and more enjoyable.
When we work on changing our minds it is a bit
like building a new set of muscles. It does takes work, it is repetitive
and yet eventually really does work. We need commitment and focus
and here again Erika and Jane’s mental techniques can keep
us on the road we have chosen. Working with our minds rather that
against them allows us to fully take charge of our minds and our
bodies and achieve the life we really want.
